have you ever crossed in your mind how those psychometrician been able to conduct a series of test on us and able to anylise everyones personality through the result of those exams? I wonder what are the result of it? I wonder how they rate people by their answers? what theory are they following? Why do they keep it confidential even to us, the one who took the exams? And why, they would just gives us results as above average, average, below average during our psychological exams?

I know there are people who are intelligent and there are people as dumb as a cow. But even monkeys can be as inteligent as a human being. Nowadays, people are not rated through its itellectual quotient but also by how his emotional quotient is. At an early stage of a human being EQ is now anylise until he is grown up. Which is IQ is acknowledge during his educating years in school.

To stress things a bit, I remember on my previous job in Southwestern University. By the time I was hired on this company, I was ask to pay a high amount of my money [good thing, my pocket money was enough to pay that day], for a series of exams and then you don't know the result of it. But I didn't bother to ask the result eventhough I paid for it. I was just thinking maybe
it's their way of knowing their employees.
